Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Likho (likho.store). Please read this policy before you buy.

Digital products: all sales are final
All Likho products are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered instantly to your email after payment. Since digital files cannot be returned once they are delivered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if you no longer need the product.

Please read the product description and preview images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, message us before you buy and we'll happily help.

When we WILL make it right
We'll re-send your file or give you a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • You didn't receive your download within 24 hours of payment, and we are unable to deliver it
  • The file is damaged, corrupted or won't open, and a replacement file doesn't fix the problem
  • You received the wrong product, and we'll send you the correct one right away

To report an issue, email us at likho.store@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps)

Didn't get your download email?
Before contacting us, please check your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder. You can also download your files from the order confirmation page shown right after payment.

Cancellations
Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.

Exchanges
Bought the wrong planner by mistake? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If the file hasn't been downloaded yet, we may be able to swap it for another product of the same price, at our discretion.

Refund process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it in your account. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please contact us at likho.store@gmail.com.
