To use the Services or buy our products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number and billing details. You confirm that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold on Likho are digital products (downloadable PDF planners, journals and trackers). No physical product will be shipped to you.

We make every effort to show our products accurately through descriptions and preview images. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings or printer.

Product descriptions, page counts and features may be updated or improved at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE
When you buy a Likho product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

You MAY:

  • Download and use the file on your own phone, tablet or computer
  • Use it in apps like GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or similar
  • Print it as many times as you need for your own personal use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, upload, forward, distribute or give away the files, whether paid or free
  • Share the files in WhatsApp or Telegram groups, on social media, or on file-sharing sites
  • Edit, modify or rebrand the designs and sell them, or use them for any commercial purpose
  • Claim our designs as your own

Any breach of this licence automatically ends your right to use the product, and we may take legal action under applicable law.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Likho may accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is accepted once payment is successfully received and your download link is issued.

As our products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is complete. Refunds are handled only as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI or banking details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 6 – DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes.

Please make sure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address. If you don't receive your file within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at likho.store@gmail.com.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services and in our products, including designs, layouts, text, graphics, logos, images and the "Likho" name, is owned by Likho and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or republish any of our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed under Section 3. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 8 – NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Our planners, journals and trackers are organisational and self-reflection tools only. They do not provide medical, financial, legal, psychological or any other professional advice.

For example:

  • Our Pregnancy Journal does not replace advice from your doctor. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance.
  • Our Budget Planner and Sales Tracker are not financial, tax or investment advice.
  • Our Manifestation Journal and Habit Tracker are not a substitute for professional mental health support.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may give you access to third-party tools or links (for example, payment gateways or note-taking apps). We do not control these tools or websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. You use them at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Likho is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Likho. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Likho, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Likho.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Share, resell or distribute our digital products
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the website's security

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Likho, its owners, partners and service providers (including Shopify) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Likho, Shopify and our affiliates, partners and service providers from any claims, losses or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of our products.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our policies, form the entire agreement between you and Likho. Our failure to enforce any right does not mean we waive it.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
